Information you provide
We save your submitted email and consent record for the calculator and clearance enquiries. When you finish an estimate, we save the product and shipment details you submitted, your answers and the calculated charges so we can provide and follow up on the estimate. An estimate may still contain amounts requiring confirmation. If you request clearance, we also save the contact and company information you submit. These records are available only to authorised operators.
Optional visitor analytics
If you accept analytics, we use a random browser identifier to measure visits, HS-code searches and selections, device/browser category, referring website and approximate country, region or city. Location comes from the website infrastructure and can be inaccurate, particularly with a VPN. We do not store your raw IP address for analytics, track you across other websites, or obtain your name or email from a cookie. We link your activity to an email only when you provide that email in the calculator.
You may choose Essential only and continue using the calculator. Use Cookie settings at the bottom of the website to change your choice. Declining stops further optional analytics and removes its browser identifier; contact us if you also want earlier linked records deleted. Analytics can be incomplete because of consent choices, blockers, shared browsers or network conditions.

Retention and security
Optional visit and search records are available for 90 days, and saved calculator estimates for one year. Older records are removed during routine website activity. Contact, consent and clearance-request records are kept for handling your relationship and requests, subject to applicable retention requirements and your rights. We use secure session cookies, restricted owner access and hashed network identifiers to limit abuse. Our hosting provider processes requests to operate the website.
Marketing and estimates
The calculator email form separately explains marketing consent. You can opt out at any time by emailing clear@clearcustoms.ai or using an unsubscribe link in a marketing email. Cookie consent is separate from marketing consent. Estimates are informational and require confirmation before payment or filing; submitting an enquiry does not authorise either.
